Our Training Locations
Impact Academy’s training takes place in real cafés and roastery environments in Copenhagen. These working spaces serve as hands-on learning environments, where participants train, practice, and receive mentorship as part of the six-month programme in close collaboration with Impact Coffee.

For Mentors in Coffee & Hospitality
Are you working in the coffee industry — as an owner, manager, barista, or roaster?
Impact Academy collaborates with coffee professionals and businesses who want to share their experience and contribute to practical, meaningful training. Mentors support participants through hands-on practice, internships, and occasional workshops or talks.
As a volunteer barista mentor or industry contributor, you can:
- Support trainees during practice and internships
- Share real-world knowledge from your daily work in coffee
- Contribute to workshops or short lectures
- Help build confidence, professionalism, and quality standards
- Be part of a growing social impact initiative in Denmark
You don’t need teaching experience — just solid industry experience, openness, and a willingness to share what you know..
